The GENE Scholarship Program aims to help outstanding students from remote areas unlock their potential through economics and interdisciplinary learning. The program is designed to broaden their horizons, foster personal growth, and support academic development. Through this program, students will not only gain deep insights into academic fields but also experience growth in self-awareness, leadership, and social responsibility, laying a strong foundation for their future academic and professional careers.
GENE 奖学金项目旨在帮助偏远地区的优秀学生通过经济学和跨学科的学习，激发他们的潜力，开拓视野，促进个人成长与学术发展。通过这一项目，学生不仅能深入了解学术领域的知识，还能在自我认知、领导力和社会责任感方面获得成长，进一步为未来的学术与职业生涯奠定坚实基础。

This program will recruit 40 high school freshmen from remote areas. They will participate in a week-long online course consisting of diverse lectures, interactive seminars, and practical activities.
本项目将招募 40 名来自偏远地区的高中一年级学生，他们将在为期一周的线上课程中，参与多样化的讲座、互动研讨和实践活动。

Facilitators | Facilitators（辅导员）:
The program will have 8 facilitators from various student backgrounds, each responsible for guiding 5 students. The facilitators will act as bridges between the students and the mentors, helping lead discussions, answer questions, and provide personalized guidance.
项目将有 8 名来自不同的学生担任 facilitators，每位 facilitator 负责带领 5 名学生。facilitators 将充当学生与导师之间的桥梁，负责引导学生参与讨论，答疑解惑，并提供个性化指导。

• Schedule | 时间安排:
  The program will last one week, with 3 hours of daily activities (from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
  为期一周，每天安排 3 小时（下午 3:00-6:00）
• Online Platform | 线上平台:
  All activities will be conducted on a dedicated platform (Tencent Meeting), offering video lectures, discussion rooms, interactive tools, and personal growth journals to ensure each student receives ample learning resources and support.
  所有活动将在一个专门的平台（腾讯会议）上进行，提供视频讲座、讨论室、互动工具和个人成长日志等功能，确保每个学生都能获得充分的学习资源与支持。
• Course Structure | 课程结构:
  Each weekday will include lectures, interactive seminars, breaks, and reflection sessions. The content will cover various topics such as study methods, basic economics, philosophy and psychology of life, university major selection, leadership and innovation, financial basics, and social innovation.
  每个工作日包括讲座、互动研讨、休息和反思总结环节。具体内容涵盖学习方法、经济学基础、人生哲学与心理学、大学专业选择、领导力与创新、金融基础、社会创新等多个方面。
